1 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your PhantomRed subscription within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per customer account.
2 Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a refund under the 30-day guarantee, all of the following must be true:
- The refund request is made within 30 calendar days of the original subscription purchase date
- It is your first paid subscription on this account (not a renewal or plan upgrade)
- The account has not been suspended or terminated for policy violations
- The request is submitted to support@phantomred.com with your registered email and order details
3 Non-Refundable Cases
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) after the initial 30-day window
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Requests made after 30 days from the original purchase date
- Free plan usage — no charges apply
- Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
4 Annual Plan Refunds
Annual plans (Pro ₹8,499/yr or Enterprise ₹43,999/yr) are eligible for the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee on first purchase. Refund requests after 30 days for annual plans will not be accepted. We recommend starting with a monthly plan if you are unsure about long-term commitment.
5 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@phantomred.com with the subject line Refund Request — [Your Email] and include:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Razorpay payment ID (found in your billing confirmation email)
- Brief reason for the refund request (optional but appreciated)
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
6 Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and typically reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. PhredSec™ is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
7 GST and Taxes
All prices for Indian customers include 18% GST as required under Indian tax law. Refunds will be processed for the full amount charged including GST. PhredSec™ will handle GST reversal on our end as required by law.
